Myer’s VIP Christmas Shopping Event is their biggest event each year. In 2020 they faced a new challenge in the face of Covid – meaning that they had to shape their event with social distancing, health, and safety at the forefront.
Through Traffik, Borrowed Space was engaged to come on board as the Senior Producer to roll out all face-to-face activities across 25 different stores, nationwide.
Working with different legislation in each state, we assisted stores in creating an on brand, premium shopping experience for their members whilst also giving them the freedom to tailor key aspects to their varying markets
Each event included gift wrapping stations, branded collateral and signage, a performance from a local artist, local catering (provided by Visa’s “Where you Shop Matters”), insta moments throughout store and in top stores, celebrity appearances.
On the night of the event Borrowed Space worked remotely as a resource to assist all stores manage their VIP night to completion.
